Foam Dock Seal with Fixed Head Pad - TS101 SERIES
Tightest possible seal between interior & exterior environments for high volume traffic with consistent trailer width & height. This three sided seal is still the leading cost effective means to seal a dock door opening. A wide selection of highly durable fabrics and additional wear surfaces are available to maximize durability. A variety of pad width, projections, tapers and bevel shapes assure customer satisfaction.
Foam Dock Seal with Curtain Head - TS103 SERIES
Most effective means to accommodate high volume traffic with differing trailer heights. Two high quality side pads combine with full width curtain to seal a variety of trailers. A wide selection of highly durable fabrics and additional wear surfaces are available to maximize durability. A variety of pad width, projections, tapers and bevel shapes assure customer satisfaction.
Flexible Steel Frame - TC300 Series
The TC 300 series flexible steel frame dock shelter services a wide variety of vehicle sizes and types, while providing full unimpeded access to the interior of the trailer. The flexible steel X arm frame yields to misguided vehicles and aids in the prevention of costly building and shelter damage. If an off-center trailer contacts the frame it moves upwards and back to prevent potential damage to the wall and/or shelter. After the vehicle leaves the X arm design returns the frame to its original position.
Soft Sided Shelter - TC900 Series
The TC 900 series soft sided dock shelter services a wide variety of vehicle sizes and types, while providing full unimpeded access to the interior of the trailer. It has durable foam side frames that are mounted to double kiln dried lumber at the wall with removable side curtains attached to high impact polypropylene on inside of foam pads at the face. The TC900 series shelter comes standard with a structurally self-supported head canopy that is translucent and raked for drainage.
Rigid Frame Dock Shelter - TC400 SERIES
Best way to accommodate the widest variety of high volume traffic with varying widths and heights. Durable rigid frame of double kiln dried pressure treated lumber or steel tube framing with raked header to promote drainage and designed for ease of drainage off header panel with translucent head & side panels. Flexible side and head panels provide full unimpeded access to back of trailer. Two steel protectors and bottom draft pads are standard.
